Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. Please read the following policy carefully to understand how returns and refunds are handled for home & kitchenware, hair care, and face care products.


1. Return Eligibility

Products may be returned if they meet the following conditions:

  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all labels, tags, manuals, and accessories intact.
  • The product received is damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect.
  • Clear photos or videos of the issue may be required to process the request.

Items that show signs of use, tampering, or damage caused after delivery will not be eligible for return.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Opened hair care products
  • Opened face care or skincare items
  • Products with broken seals or missing packaging
  • Items purchased during clearance or special sale, unless defective

3. How to Request a Return

To request a return:

  1. Send an email to support@brillix.in within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Include the following details:
  • Order number
  • Product name
  • Reason for return
  • Photos or videos showing the issue (if applicable)

Once the request is reviewed and approved, instructions for the return process will be provided.


4. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, the return shipping cost will be covered.
  • If the return is requested for personal reasons (such as change of mind), the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges.

Products must be securely packed to prevent damage during transit.


5. Refund Process

After the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
  • In the case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or other approved method.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.


6. Damaged or Missing Items

If a product arrives damaged, leaking, or missing items, please report it within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos or videos to ensure quick resolution.


7. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and will fall under the return policy.


8. Late or Missing Refunds

If a refund has been approved but not received within the stated time:

  • Check with your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary.
